Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with hepatocellular carcinom; 2. age 42-76; 3. lesion diameter 1-10.8cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. other parts of the coexistence of tumor; 2. tumor could not be complete ablation by once; 3. during the study period with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders and diseases of the immune system; 4. patients had received operation, intervention, radiotherapy, chemotherap, immune enhancement agen before and after the treatment of 1 months; 5. participating in other clinical trials of patient; 6. the researchers believe that any reason will causes the patients to be unsuitable for clinical trials.
