Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with impacted mandibular 3rd molars. 2.18-30 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases; 2.Patients suffered from flu or diarrhea, and had antibotics in two weeks; 3.Female who prepares to pregnant, pregnant, or in breat feeding period; 4.Pericoronitis; 5.Adjacent tooth with periodontitis, periapical periodontitis or caries.
