20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the 20-50 year old adults; 2. clinical diagnosis diagnosed with allergic rhinitis; 3. consciousness clear, no mental or cognitive impairment; 4. Be able to read and write, or can, Taiwanese, Hakka communication and those who agreed to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. neck and back or lower back has inflamed skin wounds; 2. nasal polyps; 3. acute and chronic sinusitis; 4. vasomotor rhinitis.
