Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects were diagnosed as APAC; 2.One eye was experiencing APAC for the first time; 3.Subjects were >40 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A secondary acute attack because of lens subluxation, uveitis, iris neovascularization, trauma, tumor, or any obvious cataract leading to an intumescent lens; 2.A history of previous ocular surgery; 3.A known inflammatory, autoimmune, or immunosuppressive disease; 4.A pre-existing ocular disease (retinal vein occlusion, retinal artery occlusion, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration); 5.Diabetes patients; 6.Hypersensitivity reaction history of dexamethasone and its analogues; 7.Has topical used anti-inflammatory drugs, including: NASIDs, hormones; 8.Pregnant women, one-eyed, and other disabled people.
