Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients with injury severity score (ISS)>16 were included if they were older than 18 years and younger than 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were younger than 18 years, older than 65 years; 2. Patients had burn wounds more than 20% total body surface area; 3. Patients with known coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with ongoing anticoagulant treatment; 5. Patients who died within 30 minutes of arrival.
