Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Accepting radical cystectomy with urinary diversion for curation; aged >18 years old, gender not limited; ASA in I-III; KPS Score more than 70; to understand the purpose of testing, voluntary participation and sign a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concomnitant other maglinant tumors;resection of kidney, ureter urethral at the same time; previous gastrointestinal operations; distant metastasis; gastrointestinal disease affecting feeding; With inflammatory bowl disease; severe functional loss in heart; liver and kidney (heart function grade III or IV, AST or ALT >3 times of normal upper-limit,ALP> normal upper-limit, Creatine >normal upper-limit); during pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy planner (early pregnancy can be diagnosed with urine HCG>2500IU/L).
