Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with "China Classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders 3rd edition (CCMD-3)" on mild and moderate depressive episodes diagnostic criteria; 2. comply with Western diagnostic criteria of depression is mild to moderate depression (20 points <HAMD24 version score <35 points); 3. awake patient's consciousness, aphasia, mental retardation, primary education, can understand the scale and with the treatment; 4. age over 18 years old, less than 75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic mental disorder or, psychoactive substances and non- addictive substance-induced depression; 2. less than 18 years of age, more than 75 years of age; 3. who can't comprehend the meaning of the self-report of the patients; 4. pregnant women, with epilepsy, serious heart and brain blood vessels, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, gastrointestinal diseases; 5. who can not followed with treatment.
