Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of pSS was reached according to the classification standard of pSS in international classification criteria for SS, 2002

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood system diseases; (2) 70 years old; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) Poor compliance.
