Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients scheduled for thoracoscopic surgeries; 2. Age: 18 to 70 years; 3. Baseline ASA score: I or II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pneumothorax or using artificial penumothorax; 2. Airway lesions or stenosis that could affect ventilation; 3. Expected difficult intubation; 4. Expected profuse airway secretion; 5. Pleural adhesion or past thoracic surgery; 6. Chronic obstructive disease (COPD); 7. BMI at more than 35.
