Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The eligible participants must meet all the following criteria: (1) be confirmed as people with mild cognitive impairment; (2) be male or female aged more than 60 years old; (3) have not conducted regular physical exercisefor at least half a year (regular exercise means exercise with a frequency of at least two times a week and at least 20 minutes per session); (4) have signed the informed consent document.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The eligible participants should not meet any of the following criteria: (1) have a history of hypertension and blood pressure is not under control (systolic blood pressure is more than 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is greater than 100 mmHg after taking blood pressure medication); (2) have loss of senses (blindness, deafness); (3) had a depression (scored more than 11/30 on the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)) or other diagnosed psychiatric conditions (eg, schizophrenia); (4) have been suffering from coronary heart disease, or musculoskeletal system diseases or other severe medical conditions for which exercise is contraindicated; (5) Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; (6)current participation in other research projects.
