Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) are at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment, able to understand and provide informed consent, and are scheduled for glaucoma surgery. Inclusion criteria for this study includes a diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma and a historical IOP higher than 21 mmHg on maximally tolerated medical therapy. All patients have visual field loss in mild to moderate stages of the disease. Diopter of each patient will less than 6D thereabout.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria includes neovascular disease, uveitis, peripheral anterior synechiae, angle recession, previous ocular surgeries that will interfere with complete circumferential catheterization of Schlemm's canal. Only one eye per patient is eligible.
