Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. TCM differentiation is not only "Qi deficiency" but also "Qi and blood stasis" (primary symptom: be down in spirits,interest blank, lacking in strength. Accompanied symptom: poor appetite, abdominal distension, constipation or loose stools, palpitation and insomnia, amnesia, frequent micturition, chest heave a deep sigh, bronchial foreign body sensation, light and dark tongue, stringy pulse. The primary symptom is necessary, the accompanied sumptom must have more than two above them.); 3. The compliance of patient is good; 4. The age is form 50 to 80; 5.
