Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to recommended diagnostic criteria by David in 1998 and Additional advice by DC Steffens in 2004, Conform to the depression diagnostic criteria and imaging changes in "Chinese spirit of nerve disease classification scheme and diagnostic standard" version 3 (CCMD-3), the clarify diagnosis is Vascular depression patients; 2. TCM differentiation is not only "Qi deficiency" but also "Qi and blood stasis" (primary symptom: be down in spirits,interest blank, lacking in strength. Accompanied symptom: poor appetite, abdominal distension, constipation or loose stools, palpitation and insomnia, amnesia, frequent micturition, chest heave a deep sigh, bronchial foreign body sensation, light and dark tongue, stringy pulse. The primary symptom is necessary, the accompanied sumptom must have more than two above them.); 3. The compliance of patient is good; 4. The age is form 50 to 80; 5. Agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disturbance of consciousness; 2. Obvious ementia symptoms (Simple mental state examination scale MMSE score is less than 17); 3. Serious heart kidney damage and severe hematopoietic system disease; 4. Severe mental disorders; 5. Can't stick to the healer; 6. Take antidepressants or other related drugs in recently one month.
