Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged above 18 years with unilateral lymphedema,resulting from surgery and/or radiation therapy and/or chemotherapy for breast cancer; a clinical diagnosis of breast cancer,stage I, II and III, referring to 2003 WHO diagnostic criteria for classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with severe lymphedema,defined as 8 cm in circumference difference between affected and unaffected arms; upper extremity edema caused by subclavian/axillary vein thrombosis or stenosis by ultrasound examination; tumor metastasis, cellulitis, venous thrombosis, chronic inflammatory disease or a history of severe trauma; received radiation therapy within six months; a history of photosensitivity and can not accept laser treatment; participated in other clinical trials within past three months;pregnancy or prepare to pregnant.
