30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathology of squamous cell carcinomas; (2) for preoperative staging III III B, IV M0; (3) considering surgery (radical or palliative resection); (4) expected lifetime longer than 3 months; (5) aged 30-80 (including 30 and 80); (6) normal liver, kidney, bone marrow function; (7) patients' informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) for all other viscera situation cannot accept surgery; (2) allergy for the experiment medicine; (3) pregnancy or lactation women; (4) The childbearing age female patients, disagee to take effective contraceptive methods during this study.
