18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically or clinically confirmed as HCC; 2. Age 18 to 80 years; 3. All the patients meet the Milan criteria: A solitary HCC <=5 cm in diameter, or multiple (three or fewer) HCC lesions, each <=3cm in diameter; no radiologic evidence of invasion into major portal/hepatic venous branches andno extrahepatic metastases; 4.Child-Pugh class A or B cirrhosis; 5.Prolonged prothrombin time <6s or a platelet count of=50×109/L; 6.Able to accept RFA or MWA treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who undergo cytoreductive ablation due to various reasons; 2.Patients with ultrasound contrast agent allergy or cardiopulmonary dysfunction cannot undergo CEUS; 3.Unable to perform CT / MRI to assess the therapeutic effect of ablation postoperative follow-up; 4.Unable to accept RFA or MWA treatment due to other system or organ disease.
