gastric stump 1:bismuth potassium citrate (220 mg), esomeprazole (20 mg), amoxicillin (1.0 g), and furazolidone (100 mg) twice daily for 14 days+left lateral horizontal position for 30 minutes after d

20 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the duration after subtotal gastrectomy was at least 1 year; 2. distal gastrectomy with Billroth I (B-I) or Billroth II (B-II) anastomosis; 3. the surgical indication was benign peptic ulcer or early gastric cancer; 4. no chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or other surgery was performed within half a year before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a past history of H. pylori treatment; 2. treatment with antibiotics, PPIs, H2-receptor antagonists, bismuth salts, or traditional Chinese medicines within 1 month before the study; 3. contraindications to endoscopic examination or histological tests; 4. allergy to any drug in this study; 5. and history of digestive system hemorrhage, obstruction, perforation, or other complications.
