18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age of 18 years or older; 2. BMI of 18.5~40 kg/m2; 3. between 12 and 20 weeks gestation, and 4. having access to internet via computers or mobile phones for the next five months and know how to use the QQ.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. are unable to understand the intervention; 2. have any detected pregnancy related complications (e.g. multiple pregnancy, foetal anomaly, current antenatal, maternal or foetal complications, recurrent miscarriage or previous pre-eclampsia); 3. have any previous medical complications e.g. cardiac disease, serious respiratory disease including severe asthma, diabetes mellitus, serious mental illness/psychological illness, epilepsy requiting anticonvulsant therapy or hypertension requiting treatment; 4. have nutritional complications e.g. serious physical or psychological disorder (eating disorders) or previous surgery for weight problems, and 5. are involved in any other research that may affect any of the outcome measures that are being investigated in this study.
