Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The first diagnosis must comply with ICD-10: Q17.20 for patients with microtia; 2) 6-50 years of age; 3) Healthy, with no history of systemic disease; 4) Have microtia cartilage, with I or II of microtia indexing level;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Poor state of health; 2) Local hormone therapy within 3 months; 3) Blood disease or bleeding tendency; 4) Drug addiction (including drugs, anesthetic, and alcohol addiction); 5) Allergic cicatricial physical or physical persons; 6) Infected with contagious virus; 7) Fever, colds or other symptoms of infection for nearly a month; 8) Women in pregnancy or lactation, or plan to get pregnant within one year after initial registration; 9) Psychological disorder, cannot coordinate with treatment; 10) Poor development of craniofacial facial nerve; 11) Major organ malfunction.
