Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. with lumbar disc herniation diagnosis standards for Western medicine; 2. diagnosis of lumbar disc location: located in L3, 4, L4, 5, L5, S1 to L4, intervertebral discs, 5, L5, S1 disc herniation into the main; 3. with TCM syndrome differentiation of cold dampness syndrome; 4. age 18-70; 5. test did not receive 2 weeks of treatment; 6. informed consent, voluntary participants. To obtain informed consent process should comply with the provisions of GCP; 7. did not amount to need operation treatment indications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. acute lumbar sprain, lumbar spinal stenosis, vertebral pedicle spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, lumbar tuberculosis or tumor, lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative disease, piriformis syndrome; 2. CT examination showed that the lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis, clinical appearance of two urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, paralysis of the lower limbs; severe pain after conservative treatment for 3 months or more invalid, need operation treatment; 3. lactation, pregnancy or are pregnant women; 4. could not accept the treatment in accordance with the regulations, compliance is poor, can not determine the efficacy or incomplete information affect the efficacy and safety of judge; 5. allergic constitution and to the study drugs or other drug allergy; 6. with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, mental patients; 7. currently participate in other clinical trials of patients.
