Age

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The couples have one of the following problems: Monogenic diseases with known mutated sites; Chromosome abnormalities; Unexplained repeated abortion; Embryo transfer failure; Abnormal pregnancy history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The age of the wife is more than 45years.
