Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Episodes of paroxysmal vertigo 2 or more times, lasting 20 min to 2 hours each time. Dysfunction of autonomic nervous system and balance disorders. Unconscious loss; 2. The most frequent hearing loss is low frequency hearing loss, and the hearing loss is gradually aggravated with the progression of the disease. At least 1 pure tone audiometry is sensorineural hearing loss, and the phenomenon of auditory recruitment can occur; 3. Associated with tinnitus and (or) ear fullness; 4. Exclusion of other diseases such benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, labyrinthitis and vestibular neuronitis, drug poisoning, sudden deafness, vertigo, vertebrobasilar insufficiency and intracranial lesions.;Inclusion criteria: 1.
