Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterias were the primiparas over 18 years old, gestation from 17 to 21 weeks, able to understand and complete the questionnaires independently, no family history and past history of mental disorders and no psychotropic drugs were used, without serious illness and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria was the primiparas were unable to complete all the contents of the questionnaire and poor compliance.
