Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with benign anal diseases were included in the study if they were aged between 18 and 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person with noticeable advanced colorectal cancer, previous colorectal resection, on-going treatment with anticoagulant medication, antiplatelet medication or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrorrhagila and the presence of hemorrhagic diseases.
