Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80; 2. Heart failure patients with orginic heart diseases,including coronary heart disease, hypertension, operations after cardiomyopathy and Valvular heart disease; 3. Residents in Beijing; 4. Non-residents who can follow up regularly
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-residents who cannot follow up regularly; 2. Simple diastolic heart failure; 3. Right heat failure, COPD; 4. Severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy; 5. Pericardial disease, Pericardial tamponade, Constrictive pericarditis; 6. Valvular heart disease( before operation); 7. Congenital Heart Disease; 8. severe kidney disease (cc 265umol/L (>=3mg/dl); 9. Hepatic Dysfunction base on lab analysis; 10. unstable skull disease; 11. Malignancy; 12. Cognitive impairment, dementia, severe psychopath; 13. Patinets with severe physcial disablities; 14. Uncontrolled diseases from other systems; 15. Preparing or ongoing pregnacy; 16. Refuse to sign the informed consent.
