Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders of blood donors and healthy people whose aged 20 to 90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant & breeding women and who may have a baby recently; 2) Drug users and alcoholist; 3) Psychopath who cannot follow the steps of research; 4) Organ recipient; 5)Who is judged not suitable for the research.
