Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Three generation pure Naxi and Pumi people aged 18 years and more living in Yunnan region; (2) Not taking antibiotics, bismuth agent and proton pump inhibitors for treating Hp in past one month; (3) no serious critical disease on importan organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; (4) no long-term history of using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) no history of stomach and duodenum surgery.
