Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study includes both in retrospective andprospective parts. The first part is a retrospective study which collected all plain x-ray of Antero-Posterior (AP) View of hip in the past one year(101.1.1-101.12.31) in a hospital for further imaging analysis. Includes: 1. acetabular coverage angle; 2. coxa profunda; 3. femoral head/neck junction are evaluated. If FAI is suspected by x-ray, the patient will be called back to hospital for a thorough examination which includes a complete history-taking, physical examination, andfurther imaging studies. The second part is a prospective study. Patients with complaining groin pain or being suspected in FAI by x-ray are recruited from rehabilitation or orthopedic clinic at the same hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. primary or idiopathic during childhood; 2. trauma, fracture, or tumor; 3. hip joint osteoarthritis.
