40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 40-65 years old (classified as perimenopause, early postmenopause, late postmenopause, according to the STRAW+10); (2) willing to join the trial voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) vaginitis within 1 month; (2) systemic or topical application of antibiotics or antifungal drugs in the vagina within 1 month; (3) having sex life or gynecological examination within two weeks; (4) having vaginal douche within one week; (5) taking contraceptive pill or a large number of probiotics within 48 hours; (6) having a bath or swimming within 48 hours; (7) having contraindications to estrogen therapy; (8) taking estrogen or other steroid hormone drugs the recent three months; (9) with diabetes mellitus; (10) pregnancy or lactation; (11) with severe organic diseases; (12) with serious mental disorders and neurological dysfunction; (13)joining other studies at the experimental period.
