Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. all the patients meet a AA diagnostic criteria of western medicine bring into the case group study; In the hospital choose acute infection (such as pneumonia), acute abdominal emergency (such as: appendicitis), others such as cataract surgery and non-hematological patients bring into control group; 2. 1 ~ 65 years old, male or female; 3. All cases had no history of tumor and radiation and chemotherapy, without receiving the immunological therapy, the control group cases without blood system diseases, no immune system diseases such as lupus erythematosus, no allergic disease, no Fanconi anemia congenital diseases, etc; 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion of myelodysplastic syndrome, leukaemia, multiple myeloma, megaloblastic anaemia, paroxysmal sleep hemoglobinuria disease blood disease and so on; 2. Out of a history of tumor and radiation and chemotherapy, accept the immunological therapy, immune system disease or allergic disease patients; 3. patients with neurological diseases.
