Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with internal jugular vein catheter and radial artery catheter; 2. orders ART/CVP pressure measurement; 3. in patients with the use of disposable pressure transducer, pressure washing device; 4. patients were 20 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ICU admission time <3 days; 2. severe cognitive dysfunction; 3. with severe complications; 4. ICU admission less than 3 days (not including 3 days), pull out the ART/CVP pipeline.
