Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged older than 18 years new hospitalized patients; 2) Hospital stays were between 7-30 days; 3) Patients did not take the surgery before 8.00 am next day; 4) Patients was clear in consciousness; 5) Patients were willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) age younger than 18; 2) Hospital stays were less than 7 days or more than 30 days; 3) Patients took the surgery before 8.00 am next day; 4) without consciousness; 5) Refuse to participate in the study and hospitalization.
