Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Standards that conform to the global unified definition of 2012 ST elevation myocardial infarction: cardiac markers (especially cTn) =99%, with at least one of the following: the symptoms of myocardial ischemia; new ST-T change or bundle branch block; radiological evidence of myocardial viability reduce or new local ventricular wall motion abnormalities; 2. received emergency coronary artery revascularization (thrombolytic / emergency PCI).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. refusing to sign informed consent; 2. patients with missing data; 3. patients who withdrew automatically during the study period; 4. patients with non cardiac death were determined during the follow-up period.
