Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of the research object, individuals meeting all of the following criteria: (1) The study was conducted on healthy children and adolescents from 5 centers nationwide, including urban and rural areas (2) Sign informed consent; (3) Aged 6 ~ 16 years old; (4) male and female (M/F=1:1); 2. obesity included in the standard, in line with all the following criteria for individual: signed informed consent; reference China's 2004 Chinese children and adolescents BMI obesity standards; age 6 to 10 years old, 10 to 16 years of age two age groups; each center Half the age of men and women; 3. Normal healthy children and adolescents included in the standard, all individuals meet the following criteria: signed informed consent, with reference to China's 2004 Chinese children and adolescents BMI normal standard, and the case group in the same age, gender and regional distribution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion criteria of the study, in accordance with any of the following: (1) Has a neoplastic disease (solid tumors of the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal or other body, leukemia, etc); (2) has endocrine and metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, glycogenosis, Niemannpick disease, etc.); (3) suffering from serious heart, liver and kidney diseases (such as congenital heart disease, chronic hepatitis, nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis, etc.); (4) suffering from other chronic diseases such as tuberculosis, asthma, immune rheumatism, etc; 2. The obesity group excludes individuals who meet any of the following criteria: (1) Has a neoplastic disease (solid tumors in the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal or other body); (2) Congenital and genetic diseases associated with obesity (eg, Beh?tva-Syndrome, Ray-Monthan syndrome); (3) suffering from endocrine and metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, glycogenosis, Niemann-Pick disease, etc.); (4) suffering from serious heart, liver and kidney diseases (such as congenital heart disease, chronic hepatitis, nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis, etc.); (5) Children with other known immune and rheumatic diseases who require medication such as corticosteroids; 3. Normal healthy children and adolescents group exclusion criteria, in line with any of the following individuals: (1) Metabolic syndrome; (2) suffering from known metabolic syndrome-related diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, fatty liver; (3) blood lipids, blood glucose, blood pressure, uric acid test, there is an abnormal one.
