Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The children in the cooperative hospitals during December 2017 and February 2018; 2. aged from o to 14 years old; 3. Approved by the hospital ethics committees.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The children who had a history of kidney disease; 2. the length of stay in hospital less than 24 hours; 3. without blood creatinine during the hospital stay; 4. Premature infants corrected age less than 40 weeks when admitted to hospital or postterm infants
