Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis developed by the International Sepsis Conference in 2001, diagnosed as sepsis in children; (2) Aged 0 to 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Only having clinical manifestations without laboratory tests to support the infection or simple laboratory abnormalities in children without abnormal clinical manifestations; (2) Without informed consent; (3) Children treated by blood purification after entering into the PICU. (4) The existence of genetic metabolic diseases.
