Inclusion criteria

(2) pathological diagnosis: biopsy of rectal mucosa or gross specimen pathology prompted distal stenosis intestinal ganglion cells; 2. Between 0 and 18 years of age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 2. can not follow-up assessment as required; 3. inappropriate for inclusion in other cases of Hirschsprung's research.
