Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the clinical and pathological diagnostic criteria (1) clinical diagnosis: 1) clinical symptoms: delayed discharge of meconium, stubborn constipation abdominal distension; malnutrition, stunted growth associated with enterocolitis; 2) imaging studies: plain abdominal film showed low colon obstruction; barium enema on the side Bit and anteroposterior photos can be seen in the typical spastic segment and the expansion of the bowel segment; 3) anorectal manometry: rectal and anal sphincter reflex pressure changes measured in children with Hirschsprung sphincter not only does not relax, and there will be Obvious contraction, so that the pressure increased. (2) pathological diagnosis: biopsy of rectal mucosa or gross specimen pathology prompted distal stenosis intestinal ganglion cells; 2. Between 0 and 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 2. can not follow-up assessment as required; 3. inappropriate for inclusion in other cases of Hirschsprung's research.
