Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants of <37 weeks gestational age who have been transferred to the Neonatology within 12 hours of birth or birth; 2. The guardian of premature infants agrees to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. her mother combined with severe diseases during pregnancy, such as severe epilepsy, diabetes, chorioamisitis; 2. premature children with genetic metabolic diseases, congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal malformations and other congenital malformations, chromosome diseases; 3. hospitalization less than 2 weeks and midway automatically discharged or transferred to the hospital or request the withdrawal of researchers.
