Inclusion criteria: 1.the patient according with the high-risk pregnancy diagnostic criteria; 2.according to the subqueue research requirement; 3.others

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients combine with acute or severe diseases. 2.The patients combien with serious fetal malformation. 3.The patients disagress the research 4.The patients are unsuitable to participate the research estimated by the doctors.
