Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria, diagnosed as congenital heart disease in children (usually through the symptoms, signs, electrocardiogram can make a diagnosis); (2) From birth to 6 years of age; (3) Obtain the informed consent of the child guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Clear diagnosis of children with inherited metabolic diseases; (2) Combined with other serious diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Intracranial hemorrhage or head trauma in children.
