Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients transferred to ICU during the study period and the patients admitted to ICU during the study period; 2. Aged more than 18 years; 3. Patients who have repeatedly entered the room need to record patient information again; 4. Cross sectional time selection was conducted at the beginning of the day from 08:00 to thirty-first days 08:00.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD patients; 2. Patients after renal transplantation; 3. Patients who have undergone regular dialysis.
