Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The target population is the people who were born in 1983-1990 in Qidong and partcipated in the "Qidong Hepatitis B Intervention Study (QHBIS)". The indivuales with any one of the followings will be included. 1) Serum HBsAg-positive & antiHBc-positive; 2) Serum HBsAg-negative & antiHBc-positive; 3) Serum antiHBs-positive &antiHBc-positive; without receiving hepatitis B vaccination in the past 5 years; 4) The individuals were born to HBsAg-positive mother when delivery, clearly documented in QHBIS.;Inclusion criteria: The target population is the people who were born in 1983-1990 in Qidong and partcipated in the "Qidong Hepatitis B Intervention Study (QHBIS)". Exclusion criteria
