Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. requirement of the hospitals: (1) the top five hospitals in the city; (2) the primary hospitals for local people to go to a doctor; (3) general hospital; (4) to own the department of ICU; (5) to have suitable clinicians and nurses willing to participant the survey 2. for clinicians and nurses: (1) to do clinical work recently; (2) to have more than one year working time in ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. specialized hospital (for instance brain hospital/maternity hospital); 2. specialist department of ICU (such as Respiratory Care Unit/Cardiovascular Care Unit).
