Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: the study of pain threshold of different ethnic groups in multi-center and large samples Inclusion criteria: The subjects' parents, grandparents were all married within their own ethnic groups. No history of mental illness and family mental illness; No long-term use of cortisol, sedative and analgesic drug history; No history of chronic pain; No long history of opioid drug use; No history of alcoholism; The kidneys, liver, lungs and heart function were not abnormal; Women have no menopause;Age 18 to 45;Healthy adults have no history of basic diseases. Part ii: studies on pain genetics of different ethnic groups in multi-center and large samples Inclusion criteria: The subjects' parents, grandparents were all married within their own ethnic groups.No history of mental illness and family mental illness;No long-term use of cortisol, sedative and analgesic drug history; No history of chronic pain; No long history of opioid drug use; No history of basic diseases; The kidneys, liver, lungs and heart function were not abnormal; Women have no menopause; No history of smoking and drinking; All patients selected were diagnosed with uterine fibroids based on the history, symptoms, signs, physical examination and B ultrasound.Age 20 to 45 years old, BMI18.5 ~ 29.5 kg/m2, ASA I or II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: the study of pain threshold of different ethnic groups in multi-center and large samples Exclusion criteria: Permanent resident of non-xinjiang region; Single parent family, orphans; During pregnancy, menstruation women; The upper extremity fracture, joint trauma history, development and the feeling of the abnormality;The upper extremity skin has broken, infection, the feeling is different; Noncooperationist; The author and the subjects voluntarily requested the temporary withdrawal; An allergic person. Part ii: studies on pain genetics of different ethnic groups in multi-center and large samples Exclusion criteria: Permanent resident of non-xinjiang region; Single parent family, orphans; During pregnancy, menstruation women;The upper extremity fracture, joint trauma history, development and the feeling of the abnormality; The upper extremity skin has broken, infection, the feeling is different; Noncooperationist; The author and the subjects voluntarily requested the temporary withdrawal; An allergic person; Patients with uterine membrane cancer, endometrial malignant lesions, cervical lesions, etc.; Severe endosurgical complications and surgical contraindications.
