Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) participants aged between 35 and 60 years old (born in 1951-1975); (2) eligible participants had to live in the corresponding area for more than one year, had no plan to move within one year; (3) had no serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, and kidney; (4) had no obvious activity limitation, and took part in the project independently and participated of their own accord.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) participants were not born in 1951-1975; (2) have been living in the corresponding area less than one year, or move out; (3) had serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, and kidney; (4) had obvious activity limitation, can not participated independently and involuntary.
