Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years; 2. newly admitted patients with GI cancer within 3-6 months, who were hospitalized for more than 1 day and were conscious not undergo surgery during their stay in hospital; 3. Try to select local patients; 4. Patients who were re admitted within 3 months were counted as new patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to participate in the investigation
