Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. high risk population of CSVD: age > 50, without lacunar infarction by MRI, with at least 1 risk factor: elderly; hypertension; diabetes; 2. CSVD patients: aged > 50 years: (1) without acute events, with or without the following symptoms: dizziness, unstable gait, cognitive decline, with or without hypertension or diabetes; (2) with acute events: acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage: with at least 1 of the following changes: lacunar infarction, micro hemorrhage and white matter lesions (Fazekas II or higher); CAA grade of cerebral hemorrhage (modified Boston criteria); small arterial occlusive stroke or lacunar stroke. 2. be willing to accept the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parenchymal hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, macrovascular disease, AD, and other types of dementia.
