Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all the colonoscopy screening participants aged 50-75 to the endoscopic center of North Ruijin Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who failed to reach cecum; 2. poor preparation unable to observe; 3. previous colorectal cancer diagnosis, including ulcerative colitis and Crohns disease, other colorectal diseases; 4. follow-up colonoscopies; 5. those who did not meet screening age requirement (50-75 years old).
