Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or females equal to or larger than 18 years old; 2. Newly diagnosis of CHD by CAG; 3. high adherence; 4. Signed a patient authorization form (or informed consent)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other heart diseases (valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.); 2. Underwent valve replacement surgery; 3. Acute coronary syndrome caused by non-coronary atherosclerosis (spontaneous interlayer, coronary spasm, expansion of coronary artery tumor embolism and severe myocardial bridge); 4. Thyroid dysfunction; 5. Adrenal cortical dysfunction; 6.Glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants users;7. Mental disorders and mental diseases (eg: dementia);8. Expected lifetime < 1 year; 9. Renal failure, respiratory failure or severe liver disease; 10. Chronic inflammation infection (acute infection more than 2 months) and tumor; 11. Pregnancy and lactation; 12. Historical diagnosed iwith coronary heart disease (CHD).
