Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant = 16 weeks of all pregnant women in the northern region of four prefecture-level city hospitals during September 1, 2016 - August 31, 2010
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who did not agree to participate in the study; pregnant women who signed informed consent but did not screen for a diagnosis of miscarriage; pregnant women who were difficult to trace to the outcome of the pregnancy.
