Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First stage: on September 1, 2016 - August 31, 2018, four cities in north guangdong area county hospitals, all pregnant women, prenatal acuity 16 week of gestation in the obstetric outpatient registration. The second stage: on September 1, 2016 - August 31, 2018, four cities in north guangdong area county hospital antenatal examination of husband and wife, according to the prenatal fetal cardiac ultrasound and born after pediatric cardiac ultrasound diagnosis of congenital heart disease or autopsy cases of pregnant women as a group. Promote education, fill in the north guangdong region of congenital heart disease risk research questionnaire. The third stage: on September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2020, at the same time around the cities and counties in four hospitals in antenatal examination of husband and wife, according to the prenatal fetal echocardiogram and after pediatric cardiac ultrasound diagnosis of congenital heart disease or autopsy cases of pregnant women as a group. Promote education, fill in the congenital heart disease exposure factors questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: First stage: don't agree to participate in the study of pregnant women; Signed the informed consent but not screening diagnosis and the abortion of pregnant women; Hard to track the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.
